What Expert services does my Membership entitle me to?

You may use your unit balance on any mix of Expert services you desire. A full listing of Expert services is included in your Member Pack. Alternatively, your Relationship Manager will make suggestions based on your needs and objectives.

I don’t want to use a specific service category. Does this mean my units on this category are wasted?

No. Your units may be used on any mix of Expert services. You do not have to use a specific minimum on any particular service category.

Is DeltaPlan Premium simply life coaching?

No, DeltaPlan Premium is far more comprehensive than life coaching. Your Relationship Manager may play the role of a coach in developing your DeltaPlan and recommending an optimal mixture of Expert services,. However, the key difference is that your Membership gives you access to the actual Expert services that will allow you to achieve your goals. Generally, life coaching will help you establish goals and a path, but doesn’t provide specialist services / consultants to assist in the journey.
