    Member relationship management is DeltaTeam’s core competency. We have first hand experience of working in a senior corporate role, and the pressures faced by Members. Combined with a deep knowledge of our Experts, we can tailor a service mix to best suit the unique needs and objectives of each Member. Members can contact their Relationship Manager 7 days per week.
  2. Breadth of Expert services offered
    DeltaTeam’s core Expert group provide services across four extremely different categories. In addition, if a Member ever requires an Expert service not provided by DeltaTeam’s core group, their Relationship Manager will make best efforts to indentify and retain an appropriate consultant, with everything being channelled through the standard 'unit system'.

    DeltaTeam’s Experts are both highly qualified and, more importantly, deeply experienced in their respective fields.   4. Unbiased advice from Member Relationship Managers on optimal Expert service mix
    DeltaTeam is not a direct provider of Expert services. DeltaTeam’s Experts are a collection of individuals and businesses who act as consultants to DeltaTeam. This means that DeltaTeam’s Relationship Managers have no agendas to advocate one specific Expert over another. Service packages are structured with one objective in mind - achieving the best outcome for each individual Member.
  5. Continually evolving Expert service portfolio
    A key benefit of DeltaPlan Premium membership is that Members may request additional Expert services that are not part of the ‘core group’. Over time, the core Expert group will expand to include the more popular ‘one off’ services. Therefore, Members are assured of a diverse and expanding range of services.
  6. Integrated service
    DeltaTeam is the only provider in Australia offering completely integrated ‘one-stop’ service across physical wellbeing, mental wellbeing, career development and wealth management. However, DeltaTeam is not attempting to be a jack-of-all trades. Each Expert is at the forefront of their respective field of expertise.
  7. Member confidentiality
    Complete confidentiality of Member information is paramount to DeltaTeam. All matters discussed between a Member, their Relationship Manager and any DeltaTeam Expert remain exclusively between those parties. The Member’s employer is never privy to this information. DeltaTeam believes this is ultimately in the best interest of both the Member and their employer. If a Member is completely confident matters they raise with DeltaTeam stay within DeltaTeam, they are more likely to seek guidance on sensitive issues, and ultimately be more effective in their work roles.
  8. Efficiency
    DeltaTeam looks after the wellbeing and ‘non-technical’ development of your key staff, leaving organisational Human Resources free to concentrate on human capital strategy, performance management, remuneration strategy and development of ‘technical’ / ‘organisation specific’ skills.
  9. Effectiveness of service delivery
    Members often discuss sensitive matters with DeltaTeam’s Experts, particularly in the ‘Mental Wellbeing’ category. Because DeltaTeam is completely separate from the Member’s employer, Members are more likely to feel comfortable discussing sensitive matters. Raising such matters is the first step in resolving them.
