We don’t wish to pay for services that are not used. How can we be sure that our employees are making use of their memberships?

DeltaTeam provides quarterly statements to employers detailing the quantity of Units utilised by Members, as well as a ‘utilisation percentage’, displaying the percentage of units used over the quarter against the total units available for use in the quarter.

DeltaTeam’s policy is to keep Member utilisations as close to 100% as possible. The reason for this is simple - Members gain the most from DeltaPlan Premium when they use their full unit entitlements. Members who gain maximum utility are more likely to recommend DeltaPlan Premium to others.
