Is it possible to ‘pool’ units amongst a number of our employees?

It is possible to have a pool of units that can be accessed by a number of employees. This allows for varying degrees of usage of expert services from employee to employee, and ensures the organisation is not paying for unutilised units. Please contact us for details.

What is DeltaPlan Premium’s fee structure?

DeltaPlan Premium’s fee structure depends on the type of Membership chosen as well as other organisational specific factors. Please contact us for a quote for your organisation.

Is it possible to access DeltaTeam’s Expert services without a Member Relationship Manager?

Yes. DeltaTeam offers a reduced service product called ‘DeltaPlan Basic’. Please contact us for additional details.

We don’t wish to pay for services that are not used. How can we be sure that our employees are making use of their memberships?

DeltaTeam provides quarterly statements to employers detailing the quantity of Units utilised by Members, as well as a ‘utilisation percentage’, displaying the percentage of units used over the quarter against the total units available for use in the quarter.

DeltaTeam’s policy is to keep Member utilisations as close to 100% as possible. The reason for this is simple - Members gain the most from DeltaPlan Premium when they use their full unit entitlements. Members who gain maximum utility are more likely to recommend DeltaPlan Premium to others.

We don’t want our employees to access a specific type of Expert service. Can a category be excluded?

Yes. DeltaTeam can exclude any particular category or sub-category of Expert service based on a Client organisation’s request.

What Expert services does my Membership entitle me to?

You may use your unit balance on any mix of Expert services you desire. A full listing of Expert services is included in your Member Pack. Alternatively, your Relationship Manager will make suggestions based on your needs and objectives.

I don’t want to use a specific service category. Does this mean my units on this category are wasted?

No. Your units may be used on any mix of Expert services. You do not have to use a specific minimum on any particular service category.

Is DeltaPlan Premium simply life coaching?

No, DeltaPlan Premium is far more comprehensive than life coaching. Your Relationship Manager may play the role of a coach in developing your DeltaPlan and recommending an optimal mixture of Expert services,. However, the key difference is that your Membership gives you access to the actual Expert services that will allow you to achieve your goals. Generally, life coaching will help you establish goals and a path, but doesn’t provide specialist services / consultants to assist in the journey.
