Member Relationship Manager

Each DeltaPlan Premium Member is provided with a dedicated Relationship Manager. Member Relationship Managers provide the following services to Members:

1. Being a single point of contact for all Member questions / requests for Expert services / feedback on Expert services.
2. Advising Members on Expert services available that best meet the Member’s needs and objectives.
3. Facilitating bookings for all Expert services as well as maintaining the Member's bookings schedule
4. Developing a ‘Milestone DeltaPlan’ with the Member aimed at achieving a specific Member life milestone.
5. Adding additional Expert Services to the DeltaTeam portfolio based on Member requirements. These additional services may be ‘one off’ to meet a particular Member milestone, or become a recurring part of the DeltaPlan Premium offering.
6. Updating Members on any new Expert services added to the DeltaPlan Premium portfolio.
7. Facilitating logistics for ‘milestones’ such as travel, accommodation and event entry.
