DeltaTeam’s ‘career development’ Expert services have two sub-categories, namely:

1. Executive Mentoring: Mentoring provides a ‘sounding board’ for Members to discuss professional issues and challenges. Each mentor has in excess of 30 years professional experience.
2. Executive Coaching: Executive coaching focuses on improving the Member’s professional abilities in a targeted fashion. Specific focal areas include:
   • Up-skilling for a new role;
   • Maximising performance in an exisiting role;
   • Development of skillset in preparation for future roles.

All consultations are one-on-one between the Member and DeltaTeam Expert, with content tailored to the Member’s specific needs and objectives.

At any point, a Member may request an additional type of Expert service that is not currently provided by DeltaTeam. We will make best efforts to identify and engage an appropriate Expert to provide these services.
