What is DeltaPlan Premium?

DeltaPlan Premium is ‘Executive Talent Optimisation’. Simply put, DeltaPlan Premium provides Members with the ability to significantly enhance their physical health, career development and general wellbeing, all through a ‘one stop’ service.

Memberships to DeltaPlan Premium are purchased by an individual’s employer. DeltaPlan Premium adds value to organsiations by boosting the effectiveness and engagement levels of participating staff, ultimately resulting in higher retention, productivity and organisational profitability.

DeltaPlan Premium Members receive access to a dedicated Relationship Manager and a range of Expert Services across five broad categories: Physical wellbeing, Mental wellbeing, Career Development, Wealth Management and Life Milestones.

Parties involved in DeltaPlan Premium

• Clients – Companies who purchase DeltaPlan Premium memberships for selected staff.
• Members – Individuals holding a DeltaPlan Premium membership
• Member Relationship Managers – DeltaTeam employees who act as a single point of contact between Members and Experts. A Relationship Manager works with the Member to develop a ‘DeltaPlan’ of Expert services based on the Member’s needs and objectives.
• Experts External consultants who are specialists in a particular field, engaged by DeltaTeam to provide services to DeltaPlan Premium Members. Expert's fees are paid by DeltaTeam.
